By creating an account or using MitraSync, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. By creating an account you confirm you are an adult. Profiles for minors may be created and managed only by their parent or legal guardian.
MitraSync helps you organise medical information and generate a summary and an emergency card. MitraSync is not a medical device, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not interpret your data. Always consult a qualified doctor. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for the people you grant access to, and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Only add or share another person's health data where you are entitled to do so.
Do not use MitraSync unlawfully, do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to access, and do not upload content you have no right to upload.
Each person is their own account holder. You may invite others as Uploader-only, Caregiver, or Full, and you may revoke access at any time. Access levels and access events are recorded.
You own the records you create. We claim no ownership of your content and use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided free and “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features.
To the extent permitted by law, MitraSync is not liable for any clinical decision taken on the basis of information displayed in the app, for inaccuracies in data you entered, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Delhi having jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and re-consented.
